Our first product: IBM i Admin Assistant.
IBM i Admin Assistant is an AI layer for IBM i system operations. It gives every authorized operator a conversational interface to the system. Ask questions in plain English and get accurate answers in seconds. No specialized commands required. We are currently in the founding partner phase, deploying with a small number of IBM i shops to validate and refine the product on real systems.
The product covers six capability areas
Daily Operations Intelligence
One question surfaces your full morning status: capacity, disk utilization, unanswered system messages, batch queue depth, overnight job completion, and any stuck or long-running jobs. The manual morning checklist becomes a single query. Failed jobs are diagnosed conversationally, from “job failed” to root cause in one exchange.
Security and Compliance Intelligence
Ask about your security posture and get a plain-English answer: users with elevated authority, inactive profiles, accounts with no password expiration, any disabled accounts. Object authority questions answered without specialist commands. Audit log queries translated from raw system data into readable results.
PTF and Software Currency
Ask whether the system is current on patches in plain English. Get the answer without knowing patch group names or version numbers. Specific patch lookups return install status, replacement chain, and whether a restart is required.
Network and Infrastructure Status
Ask about the health of your network interfaces and get a plain-English answer: which interfaces are active, which are down or errored, and which services are exposed on each. The same information that required navigating NETSTAT manually, surfaced in one question. Know immediately whether FTP, HTTPS, or other services are accessible before an operator even picks up the phone.
Knowledge Barrier Features
Describe a task in plain English and get the exact command, with parameters explained. Encounter an error code in a job log and get a plain-English translation plus standard recovery steps. Walk through a guided diagnostic sequence, with each step explained before the next action runs.
Trust and Safety
Before answering any query, the system surfaces exactly what it is looking at, the filters applied, and why, in plain English. Expensive or wide-scope queries trigger a scope warning before they run. Every query is read-only. No data leaves your environment.

What founding partners get
A fully deployed IBM i Admin Assistant installation on their system. All six capability areas live and operational. Direct access to the Paldaux team throughout the engagement. Monthly working sessions to review usage, surface gaps, and shape the roadmap, the use cases that matter most to your shop are built first.
What it costs
$7,500 per installation. At the Core subscription tier, that investment fully covers Year 1, you owe nothing at conversion. Founding partners also lock in a permanent 33% loyalty discount off list price for as long as you remain a subscriber. That rate is never available to standard customers.
What we need from you
An IBM i system we can connect to. A technical point of contact. One to two operators willing to use the tool during the founding partner period. That is it. Slots are limited to 3 to 5 installations. We are taking this seriously, not running an open beta.
